Lead Nurturing System for Realtors
We built an automated lead-nurturing system that sends realtors’ prospects weekly market updates and new listings, valuable content that actually drives engagement. By pulling fresh data from Zillow and generating polished HTML emails, the system keeps prospects informed and interested. This consistent, value-first approach boosts conversions and helps realtors turn more leads into clients.
The Problem
Realtors fail to create a lead nurturing system that actually gets them more customers in the long run. They usually send spammy/not so informative/ not so helpful emails.
The Solution
We partnered up with Janice Burney, a realtor based in Palm Springs. She has a lot of experience in marketing. She said that potential customers who have shown interest, want to get regular market updates. So we decided to create a lead nurturing system that sends market updates/new listings to potential customers. If they like a particular listing, they can contact the realtor, resulting in more business and higher conversion rates.

This workflow is triggered automatically every week.
It scrapes new listings from Zillow for the following locations: Indian Wells, Palm Springs and La Quinta.
It then processes the data and generates HTML for the email.
Finally it sends the email to all prospects.
