AI NAR Contract Filler
We built an AI tool that automatically extracts key details from MLS screenshots and fills out NAR contracts for realtors. The system uses OCR and LLMs to map all required fields, generate a completed contract, and deliver it instantly. This automation saves realtors 20+ hours a week and eliminates tedious copy-paste work.
The Problem
Realtors spend 2-3 hours per deal on filling NAR contracts. It requires a lot of copy and pasting of information from their MLS into the NAR contract.

This AI tool extracts information from their MLS and fills in the NAR contract, saving them ~20 hours a week.
Technology Used
How It Works
The realtor uploads the MLS screenshot and the buyer details in a Tally form which is connected to a google sheet.
As soon as a new row is detected in the google sheet the workflow is triggered.
The MLS image is downloaded and the Tesseract OCR parses text.
The text is sent to an AI agent which creates fields that are supposed to be filled in the NAR contract.
It creates a new google document from a NAR template and fills in all the extracted fields.
An email is sent to the realtor with the filled NAR contract.
